Sales & Pricing

Rate: $.30 / Watt / Job — All States Except Texas

EIQ provides outsourced and supplemental Tesla Solar Roof sales services on behalf of the Certified Installer (CI). EIQ contacts leads on behalf of the CI using deep, proven sales experience and closes the sale.

Scope of Services

• CI onboarding call with EIQ to establish CI's target job margins, CI history and culture, services installation personnel, install geographic radius, technical requirements such as email service engine (MS, Google, etc.), CI point person(s) for EIQ, relevant communication protocols.
• Tesla Solar Roof and Powerwall sales consultation and closing on behalf of the CI. CI representative may elect to participate in sales calls, at its discretion.
• Regular Lead-Update Report including lead status details and notes and sales pipeline.
• EIQ will determine kW and Powerwall/Expansion Pack sizing, Gateway Connection Options, Virtual Site Survey Protocol, home electrical requirements, net metering, financing options, and contract optimization details.
• Send end-customer and CI e-signature contract via CI established email for EIQ.
• Provide CI with closed-sale, "as sold" scope of work document and host an installation sales-handoff call.
• Provide optional sales contract forms as requested.

Payment Terms

Full payment to EIQ is due within 5 business days of the CI receiving the first customer payment on each signed job.

Refunds are not available on signed contracts.

Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel this contract at any time by emailing team@electricaliq.net with "Cancel Sales Contract" in the subject line.

Cancellations affect all leads and jobs received after the cancellation email but do not affect current leads or jobs already in progress.

Customer Contract and Pricing

Customer e-sign contracts will be emailed to both the customer and CI by EIQ.

EIQ will document the CI's target job margin in email exchange prior to preparing the customer contract. EIQ will show all estimated job labor and material costs along with the expected, estimated job margin in a separate document to the CI.

The CI understands that job costs are EIQ's best estimate based on its experience and the best of its ability, but that they remain cost estimates and can vary up or down based on actual job execution and experience.

The CI's signing of this contract constitutes acceptance of this job margin estimate methodology.

The CI agrees to provide actual job costs to EIQ upon completion of all jobs for the purpose of information feedback.

Non-Tesla Solar Roof Projects

For non-Tesla Solar Roof projects such as Powerwall additions and other qualifying installations, EIQ pricing is 5% of the total sale value.

Full payment to EIQ is due within 5 business days of the CI receiving the first customer payment on each such job.

What EIQ Does Not Do

The CI understands that EIQ is a specialist, not a generalist, and that the following services are outside the scope of this agreement:

• Sales Training
• Installation
• Solar Panel Sales

General Terms

• This agreement is between EIQ and the undersigned Certified Installer (CI)
• EIQ acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the CI
• Information shared by either party shall be kept strictly confidential
